6 Step Custom Design Process
1. Publicity Review — We begin by examining your existing publicity materials and identifying competitive strengths.
2. Client Consultation — Next we schedule a Client Consultation to discuss your website preferences, determine an appropriate design style, review customizable options, confirm which sections you want included in your Website and finalize the elements to include on your Homepage.
3. Design Treatments — After consulting with you, we prepare a test website consisting of 2-3 pages each consisting of the Homepage and a significant interior page.
4. Final Design — Once you've selected the appropriate design and layout, we incorporate any requested revisions and submit the finished Design for your approval.
5. Site Build — Once approved, we incorporate the final Design into your actual Website, set up your Content Management Tool and provide you with a a unique password-protected log-in, and links to the working version of your Website.
6. Going Live — Once you've entered your publicity materials and set everything up exactly the way you want, give us 24 hours notice and we'll make the site live.

* Turn Around Time
Turn around time is dependent on the speed at which the client provides us the relevant content. Your instructions to us must be clear & concise, and your requested revisions must be reasonable. This will allow your website to be finished must faster, if not sooner than the target date. If the client is slow to provide us the content, or makes many requests for changes, or does not approve designs on time, turn around time greatly increases. (Our turn around times are just estimates and no turn around time is guaranteed.)
** Express Build Option
Often, a faster turn around time is required because the client must meet certain deadlines. We offer an express build option to meet these types of deadlines for an additional fee. You will still get a high quality website, but it will simply be finished must sooner. (Our turn around times are just estimates and no turn around time is guaranteed.)
